4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items subject to our return policy. All remanufactured and compatible cartridges are backed by a 1-year warranty.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

6. Warranty
Our compatible and remanufactured toner cartridges are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
OfficeTonerPlus.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or printer issues resulting from third-party causes.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
10. All transactions on OfficeTonerPlus.com are processed securely through trusted payment providers. When placing an order, you agree to our terms and authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly at support@officetonerplus.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service team.
Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks filed for valid purchases may result in account suspension and a $25 dispute recovery fee to cover administrative costs. This fee may be invoiced separately if a chargeback is reversed in our favor.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid, including cases where:

The customer failed to contact us to resolve the issue before filing.

The dispute was initiated due to misunderstanding of our recognizable billing descriptor (OFFICETONERPLUS.COM).
