Shipping Policy
We ship products via UPS and Fedex. All shipments utilize ground shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on location. We will make every effort to provide tracking information when available upon request. Please note cut off times for shipping are 4 PM CST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. At present we only ship to the contiguous United States. We are not responsible for delays in shipping. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping expense is set by the shippers. We make every effort to ship the most ecomomical way possible to minimize your expense.

Return & Exchange Policy
All toner cartridges are guaranteed to be defect free for 1 year from date of purchase. If you received a cartridge that is damaged or defective right out of the box it will be replaced at no charge. A pre paid label will be provided for the defective return. The defective product must be received back within 15 days. Otherwise your account will be charged for the replacement. If a cartridge is deemed defective during the warranty period we will exchange it at no cost with proof of purchase showing the date of purchase to verify warranty status.

Return/Replacement process

To return or facilitate a replacement you must contact us by email at -------.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To return a defective product the item should be carefully boxed and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. The item will be inspected upon return to verify issue before exchange or refund. If any identifiable labels are removed from the cartridge no refund or exchange will occur and your account will be charged for the cost of the prepaid return label. Note no refund or exchange will take place if inspection shows the cartridge was used near to the end of its expected page yield or deemed having reached end of life(aka empty)
To allow for shipping time and inspection process please allow up to 30 days for a refund. Exchange cartridges will be shipped within 48 hours. Any product returned, but not purchased from Office toner plus, will not be honored for replacement or refund and you will be charged the cost of the return shipping label.
Non defective returns must be in the original box, and sealed plastic must be intact and unopened. Do not write or mark the product box. The item must be in resalable condition to receive credit. We will not warranty any OEM products. Warranty on those items are the responsibility of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). You should contact them directly for assistance. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions in the future

RETURN CHECKLIST​

Do not remove any identifying labels from the product

Contact us by email to obtain an RMA number

Box carefully and enclose a sample print showing the defective image

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include your receipt in the box

Arrange for drop off or pick up by the return shipping company

Allow 30 days from date of receipt, for inspection and testing for any monetary refund
