What's the difference between compatible and remanufactured toner cartridges?
Compatibles are brand new 3rd party cartridges built to OEM Cartridges Specifications.
Remanufactured are original OEM cartridges that have been professionally rebuilt with new components, rigorously tested for quality.  Making them eco-friendly and cost effective. Our Clover brand cartridges are Green Circle certified with 90% recycled content.

Do your toner cartridges come with a warranty?
Yes.  All toner cartridges have a 1 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.  More details available in the terms and conditions section.

How many pages will a cartridge print?
Page yield varies by cartridge. Yields are shown for each cartridge. Cartridge yields are based on industry standard 5% page coverage.  Actual yield will depend on the page coverage of what your printing.
 
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our remanufactured cartridges are environmentally friendly and reduce landfill waste by reusing original components.

Can I return or exchange a cartridge if it doesn't work?
Yes you can return a defective cartridge. We'll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a credit.  With any defective cartridge we request a brief description of the issue including any error message displayed on the printer.  If the image quality is the issue please include a sample page that shows the imaging defect.

Do you sell cartridges all printer brands and models?
We do not carry cartridges for every printer model.  We carry toner cartridges for most major printer brands including HP, Canon, Brother, Lexmark, and more. Use our search tool or contact support if you need help finding the right cartridge.  If you can't find a cartridge feel free to contact us. we may be able to source it for you.

Is my information safe if I order online?
Absolutely. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.  We do not share or sell your information to anyone. Your contact information will only be used for communication concerning your orders and an occasional email for marketing such as specials, promotions, etc.

Why are my cartridge purchases limited in quantity?
We may limit the number of cartridges you can purchase in the event you have an old printer model. Older printers are more likely to breakdown. We limit the number you can buy so in the event that occurs you are not left with non-returnable cartridge's due to return date expiration expirations.
